Inpatients and referrals:
Admission of all foreign patients from the neighboring countries with surgical, gynecologic, orthopedic, neurosurgical, and medical conditions, etc Note: transplantation to international patients is prohibited but corneal and bone marrow transplantation is without lets and hurdles.

Special Equipment:
1. Putting equipment such as ophthalmoscope, medical scale, otoscope, negatoscope, etc in the doctor's room for visiting patients
2. Allocating a room in each ward of the hospital based on the existing standards of the Ministry of Health by-law
3. Equipping the independent IPD according to the existing standards of the Ministry of Health by-law

Performance Scope:
Admission of foreign patients from the neighboring countries particularly Iraq and which is accomplished in two ways: A. Outpatient admission: services related to check-up, diagnosis, and delivery of para-clinical and therapeutic affairs to international patient for less than 24 hours B. Hospitalization: all services delivered to inpatients for more than 24 hours
